Our IT.support packages are aimed at the businesses that do not have a
full-time or dedicated IT resource or are looking to outsource some of
their IT operations. We have a range of service options that can be
fully customised based on either:
- An 'ad-hoc' service - this allows you to use our services whenever you need
them removing the requirement for contracted support agreements. No
service level agreement (SLA) is
available, though we will make every effort to meet your requirements as quickly as possible.
- Contracted Days - allows you to commit to a set number of on-site days to
receive a discounted cost and make further additional services available.
- Contracted Support - a fully documented support agreement with a SLA that
allows you to create your unique, managed and personalised support package.
