Remote Support

IT.ally use LogMeIn Rescue to gain access to remote systems to provide support and training. If you are an existing client please click on the link below and follow the steps to resolve your issue.

Steps to Create a New Remote Support Session:
  • 1. Click the link above to open a new window to www.logmein123.com.
  • 2. Call your IT.ally contact and provide details of your issue
  • 3. If required enter the 6-digit PIN number your IT.ally support representative on the www.logmein123.com page.
  • 4. If prompted by your operating system, select Run to install the small LogMeIn remote agent
  • 5. If prompted by your operating systems firewall, select Unblock to allow the program to run.
  • 6. Your IT.ally representative will then have remote access to your PC.
